**Overview**:
As a Solar Sales and Service Representative at Zua Energy Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying potential clients, promoting our solar energy solutions, and providing exceptional service to our existing customers. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Generation**:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client energy needs and recommend suitable solar energy solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and our products/services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure sales agreements.
2. **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service throughout the sales process.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure smooth integration and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients.
3. **Project Coordination**:
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project implementation, including system design, installation scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of project details, including contracts, proposals, and installation reports.
- Conduct site visits as needed to assess feasibility and provide technical support during installation and maintenance activities.
4. **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product/service improvement and innovation.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively convey them to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
