**Job Description: Receptionist cum Executive Assistant**

**Location**: Private Gym, South City

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- **Membership Management**:

- Assist with membership inquiries, sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate membership records and databases.
- Coordinate with the billing department regarding membership fees and payments.
- **Scheduling and Calendar Management**:

- Schedule appointments, classes, and personal training sessions for members.
- Manage the calendar for the management team, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and promotional activities.
- **Facility Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and order office and gym supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility.
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues promptly.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address member concerns, requests, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a fitness center or related industry is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
