Chemical Plant Operator

**Job Title: Plant Operator**

**Experience
- 2yr to 5yr**

1. Operation of Equipment:Operate and monitor plant equipment such as pumps, compressors, and its associated valvesMonitor instrument readings, flow meters, temperatures, and pressure gauges.

2. Safety Compliance:Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.Perform routine safety checks on equipment and follow emergency procedures in case of equipment malfunctions or incidents.Handle equipment with safety regulations and report near misses.

3. Quality Control:Conduct quality control tests on products to ensure they meet specified standards.Follow SOP’s and Work instructions to maintain product quality and consistency of gases and chemicals delivering to plant.

4. Troubleshooting:Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or process deviations.Collaborate with team to perform routine maintenance and repairs.Implement corrective actions to address operational issues and prevent downtime.

5. Documentation:Maintain accurate and detailed records of operating parameters and quality control dataComplete incoming material batch records, and other required documentation.Prepare reports on downtime and quality metrics.

6. Team Collaboration:Collaborate with team members, engineers, and other departments to optimize operations KPI like Purity, Uptime.Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities during shift changes.

7. Environmental Compliance:Implement waste disposal procedures in accordance with environmental standards.

8. Continuous Improvement:Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety.

**Past experience of Chemical Plant Operation**

**Previous experience in chemical manufacturing or a related field.**

**Knowledge of chemical processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols.**

**Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.**

**Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
