We are looking for the Position of experienced Sales Executive to join our growing
Agromach team, please review the list of roles, responsibilities, and qualification **s.**

**Responsibilities**
- Know the customer requirements and support to team for closing the order to achieve sales target
- Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining Customer satisfaction with excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers by our service and products.
- Maintaining relationship with clients by providing supports, information and guidance researching and recommending new opportunities, profit and our service improvements.
- Conduct market research to identify selling Possibilities and evaluate customer needs and actively seek out new sales opportunities in mill machines selling.
- Maintain and grow client and mill plant relationships by delivering superior customer service.
- Create customized sales rationale and provide research as needed for account executive management and create project recap as assigned by account executive.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying selling possibilities and evaluating their position in the industry researching and analyzing sales options.
- Identifies product improvements in our machines by remaining current trends, market activities, and competitors.

- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling meetings to discuss improvements.

**Requirements - Must Have**
- Any Bachelor’s master degree with a concentration in marketing promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred..
- Basic knowledge of computers and social media platforms.
- One to two years industry management experience.
- Minimum two years experience in sales and marketing.
- Strategic leadership ability and organization ability.

**Requirements - Good to Have**
- Minimum two to five years experience in sales and marketing of agro machinery or any heavy machines based on mill machines.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with customer relationship and management.
- Good Negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Sales planning and closing the order skill.
