**About the Role**:
Contribute to our team's success by spearheading model development, accurate predictions, and advanced analytics leveraging Einstein Discovery. Drive the implementation of CRM Analytics Dashboard, Recipes, and data replications, playing a crucial role in shaping our data-driven strategies.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead model development and fine-tuning in Einstein Discovery.
- Ensure accuracy in predictions and leverage prediction algorithms.
- Develop complex dashboards using SAQL and Einstein Design.
- Handle logic, data transformation, and validations using Recipes in Einstein Discovery.
- Configure and import data into Datasets from diverse source systems, including Salesforce CRM.
- Drive the implementation of advanced analytics strategies, focusing on CRM Analytics Dashboards.
- Utilize expertise in JSON, Python, SOQL, and SAQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful analytics initiative execution.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in analytics, AI, and data science.

**What To Bring**:

- Lead complex dashboard development using SAQL and Einstein Design.
- Develop insightful stories in Einstein Discovery, enhancing data-driven narratives.
- Prepare and fine-tune models within Einstein Discovery for optimal performance.
- Demonstrate expertise in making accurate predictions based on model outputs.
- Implement performance considerations to enhance model and prediction efficiency.
- Drive changes for data extraction, logic, and transformations as needed for dashboard development.
- Utilize Recipes for logic, data transformation, and validations in Einstein Discovery.
- Hands-on experience with JSON, Python, SOQL, and SAQL for versatile data handling.
- Configure and import data into Datasets from Salesforce CRM and external sources.
