Job Title: Software Engineer II (R-16239)

The Role:
As a BI Developer, you will join the Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse Corporate Systems team with energetic and high motivated team members. You will play a key role to support and maintain the BI tools used by various teams within D&B. In addition, you will interact with Business users over phone/email/chat to help in their reporting needs and deliver the best experience which will help towards the organization growth. Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintenance of the Business Intelligence system (SAP Business Objects, Cognos TM1, BIRST/Einstein Analytics, and Power BI)
Identify and resolve technical issues in the above-listed systems
Identifying and fix production and non-production application issues
Monitor the delivery of daily/weekly/monthly reports
Carry out application testing during windows patching
Carry out periodic application maintenance tasks such as application/server reboot and archive old contents
Upgrade BI Tools and any corresponding changes to the reports and dashboards
Create new reports and dashboards as required by Business users
Troubleshoot any technical or data issues within BI applications / reports / dashboards
Create new BI reports and dashboards based on user requirements
Monitor the delivery of daily/weekly/monthly reports
BI tools upgrade / application testing during windows patching / periodic application maintenance
For all the BI applications monitor, communicate environment status and keep it up and running
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of work experience in Business Intelligence development / support
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal
Willing to learn new skills and implement new technologies
Must have the ability to be on call
Strong knowledge in Data Warehouse concepts
Prior experience in any of this BI Tools: SAP Business Objects, BIRST/Einstein Analytics, Crystal Reports, Cognos TM1, Tableau, Power BI
