**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Payroll Executive to join our finance team. The Junior Payroll Executive will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of payroll processing and administration, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in processing payroll for employees accurately and on time, including data entry, verifying hours worked, and calculating deductions.

Collaborate with HR to ensure employee data is accurately maintained in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes in employment status.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters, including salary, taxes, and deductions, in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed, including summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, and other relevant information.

Assist in reconciling payroll transactions and resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations for process improvements as necessary.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information and adhere to data security protocols at all times.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
6 months -1 year of experience in payroll processing or related field preferred.
Strong understanding of payroll principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
