Position Title: Sales Executive for an outbound sales process
Salary Package: Best as per Industry Standard
Job Summary:
As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales deals over the phone. The role requires strong communication skills(must be proficient in English) and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script to promote and sell products or services.
Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Communication Skills: Strong command of the English language with proficient communication skills
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in products, processes, and industry trends.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Working Conditions:
Office-based environment and comfortable working in night shifts and may be on weekends based on business needs.
**Salary**: ₹130,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
Shift:
- Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Travel requirement:
- No travel
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh: Relocate before starting work (required)
