**What you'll do**:
- Handling user management, Role based access management
- Configuring workflows
- Customizing issue types and managing permissions
- Handling plugins
- Maintain the functionality and efficiency of the JIRA platform
**Experience You’ll Need**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science or Engineering
- 3-5 years experience with Atlassian cloud tools
- Perform administrative tasks for the Atlassian Cloud tools, ensuring the security of the tools.
- Integrate Atlassian products with external systems and customize them to enhance automation capabilities.
- Automate workflows and processes within the Atlassian suite using automation tools, scripting languages, and integration capabilities.
- Customize and configure Atlassian products to align with organizational processes and requirements.
- Evaluate, install, and manage third-party plugins and integrations to extend Atlassian's functionality.
- Experience on Jira Misc Workflow Extensions (JMWE) and ScriptRunner
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions within the Atlassian suite.
- Establish and manage SLAs, define KPIs, and monitor service performance.
- Develop and use scripts in languages such as Groovy to automate manual tasks and data manipulations.
- Experience in a working environment based on ITIL standards or Knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Must possess outstanding communications skills
- PowerPoint/Google Slides, Documentation skills & Excel/Google Sheets experience
- Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills
