**Job Title: Banquet Steward**

**Job Summary**:
As a Banquet Steward, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of banquets and events by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in the banquet and kitchen areas. You will work closely with the culinary and service teams to support the overall guest experience and uphold the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up, maintain, and break down banquet and event spaces according to established standards and floor plans.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of banquet and kitchen areas, including equipment, utensils, glassware, and tableware.
- Assist with the receiving, storage, and distribution of banquet supplies, including linens, china, and silverware.
- Clean and polish silverware, glassware, and other banquet equipment as needed.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of banquet supplies and equipment, notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Assist culinary staff with food preparation, plating, and presentation as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of food items.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with waste management procedures.
- Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure efficient operation and timely execution of banquets and events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift and carry heavy objects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
