**Yelsons Technologies Pvt Ltd** is a leading PCB manufacturing firm based in Pune. We specialize in the production of high-quality printed circuit boards for various industries. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team.

**Role Summary**:As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for promoting our PCB products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Your domain expertise in manufacturing, specifically in the field of PCB, will be highly valuable in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote PCB products and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned territory, including manufacturers, electronics companies, and other relevant industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their requirements, and providing appropriate product solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team, including production, engineering, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to monitor performance and make data-driven recommendations.

**Qualifications and Experience**: Graduation in any field; however, a background in electronics will be preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, especially in the manufacturing domain.

**5.** Willingness to travel to meet clients and explore business opportunities.

**6.** Knowledge of printed circuit boards (PCB) will be a strong advantage.

**7.** Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Should be well-versed with MS-Office.

**Salary**: ₹220,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
