**Location**: Faridabad

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot product-related problems and work with relevant departments (such as technical or repair teams) to resolve issues efficiently.
- **Returns and Warranty**: Handle product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims according to company policies, ensuring customers are informed and satisfied.
- **Service Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, or installations as needed. Monitor service requests and ensure adherence to timelines.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and record customer feedback and complaints, report common issues or trends to management for product improvement or service enhancements.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions. Update customer databases and service logs as necessary.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product features, service procedures, and warranty policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, technical support, and product teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to after-sales service.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all service activities meet company standards and are delivered with a high level of professionalism.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or after-sales support
- **Technical Skills**: Basic understanding of the company’s products and services, with the ability to troubleshoot common problems.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
- **Problem-solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and issues effectively.
- **Customer Orientation**: A friendly, professional attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service to customers.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with CRM systems or service management software.
- Experience in handling returns, warranty claims, and service contracts.
- Knowledge of the industry-specific standards and products.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Experience**:
