Job Title: Venue Partnership Associate

Experience: 1-3 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and establish partnerships with potential venues for events and collaborations.
- Collaborate with venue owners and managers to negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure seamless communication between the venue and the organization.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing venue partners.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote events hosted at partner venues.
- Provide regular reports on partnership performance and suggest improvements.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by venue partners in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate best practices into partnership strategies.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in venue partnership or a similar role (1-3 years).

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Familiarity with the events industry and knowledge of different types of venues.

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
