Key Responsibilities
**Job Title**:Inside Sales Associate
**Location**:Delhi, Gurgaon
**Reports to**:Manager Customer Success Team
- Consumer Interaction:_
- Make an audio call to understand the main concerns and completely grasp the case.
- Explain the treatment process, emphasizing its benefits and fitment.
- Perform consultative and collaborative selling of 'mySmilist Invisible Aligner System' to patients when applicable.
- Coordination:_
- Coordinate with the Operations team on scanning.
- Collaborate with the Clinical team on teeth assessment and planned treatment through video calls.
- Convert customers to purchase the treatment plan and manage payment coordination.
- Customer Experience:_
- Build and provide a best-in-class customer experience.
- Address teeth-specific queries about our services.

- Problem-Solving:_
- Solve problems for consumers/patients and manage operations-related (if any) activities as needed.
- **Desired Qualification and Experience**:_
- 1-3 years of firsthand experience in Inside Sales (preferably of High-Value Premium
Products).
- Experience in consultative selling and understanding consumer needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clear communication abilities.
- Experience in engaging and influencing prospective consumers.
- Comfort with a digital ecosystem, as we are a digital-led, D2C setup.
- Self-starter mentality, comfortable in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
