The Senior IT Domain Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the cloud platforms, systems and solutions deliver a superior connected experience for our consumer and business customers. Phoenix SME:
Description of Duties / Responsibilities:
Job Tasks:

- Advise on strategies to drive Salesforce CRM system and development related to its adoption and ongoing business operational success.
- Advise on:

- customization of Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards.
- Security and business governance compliances such as user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, content folder rights, groups, list view rights, and custom pages
- Feasibility and solution for workflow rules, validation rules, formula fields and escalation rules.
- Support operational requests such as problem management and troubleshoot issues, working with diverse user groups across the business and IT stakeholders.
- Act as the primary business transformation SME point of contact for Salesforce CRM System users and developers on business usage/process clarity or assessments.
- Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity.
- Manage & maintain the production of product / functionality process and service-related knowledge/training materials, including additional knowledge/work instructions that may be required by IT Ops to support the on-going Hypercare tickets effectively.
- Support the tracking and reporting of all Salesforce CRM System feature request(s) and development initiatives.
- Identify Salesforce business usage problems and craft/propose technical/communication plans to remedy and work with key business stakeholders/vendors appropriately

**Qualifications**:

- 3-7 years of overall work experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM system including Einstein Analytics/Reporting
- Experience in analyzing complex requirements and designing solutions
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience of working with both functional / technical and business oriented people within a business
- Strong presentation capabilities, data analytical skill, confidence, motivation and communication skills
- Demonstrable commitment to producing high quality work with excellent attention to detail
