
Program Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with prospective students via outbound and inbound calls to understand their educational goals, career aspirations, and interests.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify the most suitable programs and courses for individual students.
- Provide detailed information about SVIT's programs, curriculum, instructors, and career outcomes to potential students.
- Deliver compelling program demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of SVIT's offerings.
- Address inquiries related to admissions, program details, financial aid, and other relevant topics to assist students in making informed decisions.
- Follow up with prospective students through various communication channels to nurture relationships and facilitate enrollment.
- Collaborate closely with the admissions team to ensure seamless transition of students from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate student schedules.
- Passion for education, technology, and helping individuals achieve their academic and career goals.
