**Job Summary**

Duties & Responsibilities: - Be familiar with sanitation regulations - Setting up of the kitchen with cooking utensils, equipment, cutlery etc - Cook food in a timely manner - Assign tasks to kitchen staffs - Ensure the safety and hygiene of the kitchen - Supervise cooks and offer assistance whenever needed - Experiment with new recipes - Ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations - Modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy) Requirements: - Proven work experience as a chef or cook - Good communication skills - Great time management skills - Strong organizational skills - Ability to do multi-tasking - Leadership skills - Advanced knowledge of culinary, tandoor techniques - Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes - Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. tandoor )

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
