**Job Title: Sales Executive for Training Institute Admissions**
**Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune**
**Company: iAspireIT Training Academy**
**Experience: 1-3 years**
iAspireIT Training Academy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team immediately. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving admissions to our training programs through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our academy and make a meaningful impact in the field of education.
**Responsibilities**:
- Convert leads into admissions for our training programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and parents through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct consultations and provide detailed information about our courses, curriculum, and benefits to potential students.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns to attract potential students.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for students throughout the admissions process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and student interactions using CRM software.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as required.
- Knowledge of educational programs and courses is a plus.
