- Responsible for the Day to day disbursing of Petty cash, Revenue contracts/ agreements Management ,
- Responsible for the timely closure of End to End process of the Dept. PR to PO in SAP.
- Responsible for AOP finalization in coordination with the Dept / Finance / SPG. Monitoring of the AOP actuals vs. budget and alerting the respective staff, Preparation of the FMS presentation & keep track of the ATR’s for GHB board meetings, Monitoring of the ATR of GCM Review, FMS Monthly meetings.
- Supporting the Head FMS for the Notified Area Committee ( NAC ) works which includes contract monitoring. Payment of the Property Tax, Documentation

Support the Head FMS in finalization for the Revenue contracts and responsible for the putting up the lease rental status on monthly basis

**ORGANISATION CHART**:
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Responsible for the timely and correct payment of the Property Tax of 72 building belonging to GHIAL - Correct and on time payment without and penalty.
Responsible for the On time Vendor Payment Process - FMS Vendor Payment process - ensure 95 % bill payments are paid within specified time lines.
Responsible for timely Finalization of AOP in coordination with Dept. and monitor the Actuals vs. AOP and alert the teams. - Zero Overshoot of the AOP
- Effective tracking and monitoring of AOP vs. Actuals by 15th of every month & Analyze spends & propose for VFM/BLIP initiatives.
Prepare and Keep track of the Dept. PDM/PDR and A3 plans - 100 % accurate reporting during the monthly FMS review with CHRO
- Consolidation of trends & update PDM/PDPR & A3 plans in coordination with respective process owners.
- Coordinate with various audit teams including MAG and responsible for the Implementation of all the Audit reports - 100 % Implementation of Audit report recommendations
- Establish process to ensure sustenance with no repeat audit finding
Responsible for maintaining the PR/PO status and vendor documentation alerts to team - 100 % timely raising of the PR and release of the PO
- On time alerts to the Dept. Users on weekly basis.
- Responsible for the ensuring collection of revenue as per AOP - 100% Collection of revenue as per AOP as per timelines.
Responsible for the Day to day Petty cash management - On time disbursement.
- 100 % on time closure
- 100 % monthly reconciliation & Closure
- 100 % assignment to correct cost center

Preparation of presentations for GHB, Board Meeting reviews - On time Preparation of detailed report, BLIP,A3 plans for GCM Review and monthly FMS review.
