**The Role**

As a Member of the Yogvishwa Team you will;
Help us to create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits the center.
Give a warm welcome and answer queries in a caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued.
- Handle and generate enquiries
- Follow ups existing members
- Accepting payments and manage bills
- Maintain databases on a daily basis.

Help us to stay connected with the help of social media such as Instagram, Facebook and
Google. Promote events and offers over social media as per plans. Attain and Response enquiries over social media.
- Maintain all accounts
- Frequent posting
- Connect with all members

To succeed as an administrator you will;
Have great communication skills, whether face-to-face or on the phone. You will have the confidence and empathy to provide excellent customer care to all sorts of people.
Be self-motivated, with plenty of initiative.
Have basic computer skills, including the use of Word and Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Karve Nagar, Pune - 411051, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Studio Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Marathi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
