**You’re a Good Fit, if**
you have/are
- 5+ years of experience in imparting technical training/ mentoring.
- Strong concepts of Data Analytics.
- Delivering high-quality training that follows company methodology, and matches the skills required by the corporate clients.
- Managing the early assessment process and implementing a growth plan for students, so their skills can meet the needs of the corporate clients.
- Counselling students regularly to ensure fewer dropouts and greater acceptance of placement opportunities.
- Engaging with students and their parents and providing feedback on student’s progress and learning.
- Providing regular feedback to the Management on training content.
- Delivering Tableau workshop.
- Prepared weekly assignments & Mock exams.
- Handle queries of participants.
- Preferably Tableau Certified.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹8,255.92 - ₹37,948.03 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- TRAINING: 4 years (required)
