Frontline user level two support (CRM Case management) - APAC hours
- Proficiency in crafting Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and handling access.
- Knowledge of importing and handling Salesforce data and generating Salesforce reports.
- Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
- Support the delivery of business sponsored CRM development projects with a good solid understanding of Admin, project implementation work and project lifecycles
- Implement and maintain end user training and knowledge article documentation
- Promote good data practice and champion data quality to our salesforce user base.
- Work multi-functionally and proactively with the Salesforce Tech Lead, supporting the drive for CRM governance and standard methodology across the group
- Liaise closely with external parties including Salesforce and partner organisations to support enhancements and issue resolution
- Appetite to further improve Salesforce development and upskill in skills such as apex and lightning
- Prior experience of salesforce admin/support on the lightning platform, both configuration and the Apex programming language
- Experience supporting Salesforce Experience client users in an enterprise environment
- Experience working on a Financial Services CRM implementation within a regulated business
- A background in computer science and development
- Demonstrable ability to successfully handle multiple concurrent tasks/projects that deliver value in a fast-paced environment
- Strong operational experience as a Salesforce Admin
- Superb communication skills and good attitude
- High level of attention to detail, and task prioritisation skills
- Ability to work independently but seeking authority and approval as appropriate
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels of management & staff
- Results focused with ability to work under stress, to deadlines
- Use of incident management platforms such as ServiceNow
