Inbound and Outbound Executive

Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about our offerings.
- Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch relevant products/services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of telephonic interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling products/services.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
