ESKO is a global provider of integrated software and hardware solutions that accelerate the go-to-market process of packaged goods. For each stakeholder in the process, Esko solutions enable them to deliver right-first-time packaging and marketing content.

**WITHIN YOUR TEAM**

Esko being a company selling printing and packaging software receives various orders from Sales. These orders are received in various languages like English, German, Dutch, Italian, French, Spanish, etc. depending on the region that it comes from. However, the ones in the regional language require a language specialist, the ones in English can be handled by others.

The Order Handling Team based in Gent is branching out into a new smaller team here in India mainly to handle the orders pertaining to a particular region.

To ensure booking of these orders, we need you as Project Administrators to read, understand and book the orders in time and accurately. Order Handling is an integral part of the organisation since the revenue comes in from Sales and Services.

The order bookings are crucial as they are the base for a correct invoicing into our ERP system. They also are the key instrument for the service from our customer support department.

You interact with our Sales team and the Care Plan to clarify questions regarding the Sales Orders and with the Financial Team as well for orders with Finance Deals etc.

**THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
You will act as a key person to facilitate the roll out a new business process. This means you can practice your skills as an order handler, you learn how to provide feedback and recommendation within a team, and you can help/train the organisation with the roll out of a new critical business tool.

Interact with the Technical Approval Team, Licensing Team, Planning Team etc.

**WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL**:

- Evaluate the orders received and process them correctly.
- Request for licenses based on the Orders processed
- Co-ordinate with various people for Technical approval, Financial Approval and finally with Licensing Team to request for upgrade licenses etc.
- Make sure intercompany purchase orders for hardware (CDI/AVT) and requests for software on a customer project are made on time, delivery and invoicing linked to this are followed up
- You are responsible for recognizing revenue correctly in line with the company rules
- Invoices are sent in line with the agreed payment conditions
- Register all transactions in AX and update the customer service status.
- Get insights on business processes from booking orders and booking care plans when necessary
- You are the main contact for internal resources such as: sales force, services, factories & finance for all issues related to sales projects processed within your region.
