Job Description:
Work with the Global Engineering Systems team and manufacturing sites to implement several global automation projects. Administer and enhance relevant SharePoint and team sites to ensure that those resources are effective in managing all project-related documentation. Ensure those resources are an effective tool for knowledge sharing and project support.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain SharePoint and Teams sites to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing.
· Develop comprehensive training manuals and materials for end-users.
· Deliver training sessions to staff, ensuring they are proficient in using new systems and processes.
· Support the implementation and administration of SAP PM and Fiori, vibration analysis & 3D technology in multiple sites as part of the global automation project.
· Assist in the coordination and execution of maintenance and calibration activities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and provide project support.
· Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and updates to stakeholders.
· Provide administrative support to project managers and team members as needed.
· Stay current with industry best practices and incorporate them into project activities.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in managing SharePoint and Teams sites .
· Experience in developing training manuals and delivering training sessions.
· Familiarity with SAP PM and Fiori , including basic configuration and usage.
· Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry , particularly in maintenance and calibration processes .
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills , with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Proficient in spoken & written English .
· Experience in using DevOps .
· Experience in the pharmaceutical industry .
· Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
· Certification in SAP PM and/or Fiori .
