A payments administrator is responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring that payments are made accurately and on time. The primary role of a payments administrator is to facilitate payments between clients, vendors, and suppliers, both domestically and internationally. The role requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage payments through various payment methods (e.g. wire transfer, ACH, credit card, etc.) accurately and on time
- Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve payment-related issues and discrepancies
- Reconcile payments and investigate any discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely payments
- Maintain accurate records of payments and related financial information
- Monitor and report on payment trends and identify areas for improvement
- Adhere to all relevant financial regulations and policies
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Continuously evaluate and improve payment processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 36 per week

**Salary**: From ₹12,431.40 per month
