**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Molecular Biologist to join our research and development team. The Molecular Biologist will play a key role in designing, conducting, and analyzing experiments to support the development of novel treatment protocols and therapeutic interventions.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Experimental Design**: Design and plan molecular biology experiments to investigate cellular mechanisms, biomarkers, and therapeutic targets relevant to regenerative medicine.
- **Laboratory Work**: Perform a wide range of molecular biology techniques, including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, cloning, gene expression analysis, Western blotting, and next-generation sequencing (NGS).
- **Cell Culture**: Cultivate and maintain various cell lines, including primary cells and stem cells, for in vitro assays and experiments.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze experimental data using statistical methods and bioinformatics tools to draw meaningful conclusions and generate actionable insights.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures, results, and observations. Prepare scientific reports, presentations, and publications for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including bioinformaticians, chemists, pharmacologists, and clinicians, to integrate molecular biology findings into overall research and development efforts.
- **Quality and Compliance**: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, quality standards, and safety protocols in all laboratory activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in molecular biology techniques, including DNA/RNA manipulation, gene expression analysis, and protein characterization.
- Proficiency in cell culture techniques and working with various cell types.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex experimental data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present scientific findings effectively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.
- Prior experience in regenerative medicine, stem cell biology, or related fields is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
