3. **Conducting Audits and Inspections**:

- Carry out regular internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Prepare for external audits by regulatory bodies or certification agencies.

4. **Risk Assessment**:

- Identify potential compliance risks and suggest ways to mitigate them.
- Develop risk management strategies for various departments, ensuring all potential legal and regulatory risks are covered.

5. **Training and Education**:

- Organize training programs for employees on compliance-related matters.
