**Job Summary**:
The device manufacturer is responsible for the production, assembly, and quality control of electronic devices according to company standards and industry regulations. They play a vital role in ensuring the efficient manufacturing process, maintaining product quality, and meeting production targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Assembly**:

- Assemble electronic components and parts to build devices according to engineering specifications and assembly instructions.
- Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process, such as soldering irons, assembly machines, and testing instruments.
- Follow standardized procedures and safety protocols to ensure product quality and worker safety.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct quality inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process to identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from specifications.
- Implement quality control measures to address issues and maintain high product standards.
- Document and report quality metrics, including defect rates, rework levels, and production yields.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements in the manufacturing workflow.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement changes, streamline processes, and optimize resource utilization.
- Continuously monitor production metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for optimization.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to replenish supplies and maintain adequate stock levels.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste, reduce costs, and optimize inventory turnover.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and quality management systems relevant to device manufacturing (e.g., ISO standards, FDA regulations).
- Maintain documentation and records necessary for regulatory audits and certifications.
- Stay informed about updates and changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary adjustments to manufacturing processes.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, procurement, and logistics, to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks, address issues, and facilitate problem-solving.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or education preferred.
- Proven experience in device manufacturing, electronics assembly, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
