One of the most luxurious and affordable housing real estate companies in Jodhpur is searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Bank Liasoing officer to join in its exponential growth.

**Designation**: Bank Liasoning Officer for Home Loans

**Schedule**: Day shift | Fixed shift (Full-time and On Site)

**Language**: Hindi and English (preferred)

**Salary**: As per industry standards

**Benefits**:25% bonus rise upon reaching targets

**Ability to commute/relocate**: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**: Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**: Sales and Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Interview clients to define financial eligibility and establish debt payment plans.
- Respond to applicants' questions and resolve any loan-related issues.
- Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
- Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
- Collection of payment dues, against demands generated with construction progress
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines
- Analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process.
- Complete the loan contracts and apprise the clients about the loan policies and subsidy regulations.
- Responsible for Demand generation, Cheques validation, Sales Order, Generation, Customer Master, Debit & Credit Note creation.
- Resolving customer queries, preparing ledgers and addressing the issues highlighted by the customers through call.

**You should have (Requirements and skills)**
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in any financial institution as a loan officer.
- Solid understanding of local, state, and central financial loan regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of keeping a record on computers and reporting to Sales Head.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven working experience as a Bank Liasoning Loan Officer
