**Job Title**: Travel Sales Executive
**Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in Tourism/Travel Sales
**Department**: Sales & Marketing

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and target potential clients, develop sales opportunities, and manage leads from initial inquiry through to booking.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized travel advice, understanding their needs, and offering suitable travel packages.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's travel products, services, and destinations. Provide detailed and engaging presentations to clients to drive sales.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall sales goals.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by handling queries, following up on bookings, and resolving any issues that arise before or after travel.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings, travel itineraries, and client satisfaction.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Travel Sales Executive or in a similar sales role in the tourism/travel industry.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and meet targets. Experience with upselling and cross-selling is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to handle challenges and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.

**Education**
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
