The role will be responsible for Solution design and architecture of the Salesforce roadmap using Salesforce Cloud and Sales.pp]ppforce Experience Cloud. The role will also be resoponsible for using tools within Salesforce platform relevant for the scale of deployment and have working knowledge of Service cloud and Field services to maintain seamless communications across work streams. The role will have to do this by leading as a ""solution expert"" working closely with the program teams, other IT teams, as well as with the development team to drive scalable, reliable and modular solutions.
"Your essential responsibilities include:

- Specific Duties- Partner with Program Management, Functional Analysts, QA, Project Management teams to drive the success of program roadmap for CRM and PRM
- Work with scrum masters and functional analysts to lead solutions from beginning to end while solving challenging problems.
- Deep knowledge on integrations using Salesforce using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On.
- Working knowledge of migrating changes from development to test to production environment(s) using CI technologies like Salesforce DX, Jenkins and ANT
- Be a trusted advisor in both functional and technical areas of Salesforce to all stakeholders, including Scrum Masters, Product analysts, business and engineering teams alike.
- Deep knowledge on implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc
- Support platform’s long-term vision, program roadmap, high-level and detailed architecture.
- Troubleshoot essential implementation issues and demonstrate ability to drive to a successful resolution
- Partner with Salesforce customer success managers.
- Document solution specifications, design and architecture papers
- Build relationships and work with engineering teams"

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors in Computer science or any Engineering degree with relevant experience as detailed below
12+ Yrs of Experience
2+ years’ experience as a solution designer or architect in a mid to large sized organization leading projects
4+ years’ experience as a hands-on developer and architect within the Salesforce domain with experience delivering complex projects
- Position Criteria:
- Excellent proficiency with the English language (written and verbal). Additional language capabilities are a plus
- Requires the ability to work on multiple projects of varying scope and scale
- Requires the ability to handle ambiguous situations and execute upon a direction
- Ability to develop and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with the business needs of clients
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning, Triggers, Batch, Visualforce, SOQL, SFDX, OOP Concept, DevOps Stack (Jenkins, Ansible for CI / CD), and Ant Migration tool
- Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
- Provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce development, integration, and deployment. Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and capabilities and evaluate how they can be used to improve existing systems.
- An understanding of important design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices
- Desire to mentor next generation of Salesforce practitioners
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
