- Creative Associate - Job Description**
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our team as a Copy Associate. As a Copy Associate, you will be responsible for generating unique and unconventional ideas that challenge the status quo and drive our company's creative credibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and develop creative ideas and campaigns across a variety of mediums, including digital, print, social media, and more
- Conduct research on industry trends, consumer behavior, and target audience insights to inform creative ideation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovative solutions
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategy
- Present ideas to internal teams and clients, and revise ideas as needed based on feedback
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and creative techniques to continuously enhance ideation and campaign execution

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of consumer behavior & platform trends
- Ability to think creatively and challenge conventional thinking to generate innovative ideas
- Ability to write for a variety of mediums and adapt tone and style based on the audience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
