KathaVersse Media Network is seeking a talented and passionate Associate Creative Director to join our growing team at KVGYAPAN. Our service department is focused on creating engaging end-to-end video content for brands.


About KVGYAPAN:

KVGYAPAN is a dynamic team of storytellers crafting video content that connects brands with the Indian audience. We develop engaging narratives and compelling characters to build long-lasting brand loyalty.


About You:

You are a highly creative and strategic copywriter with 5+ years of agency experience. You have a proven track record of developing innovative concepts that resonate with target audiences and drive results for brands. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent leadership skills to guide and inspire junior copywriters.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the sales lead to understand client briefs, target audiences, and brand objectives.
  • Brainstorm and develop compelling copy concepts for video content campaigns with the creative team.
  • Craft clear and concise video-led positioning and messaging
  • Create impactful pitch decks that effectively communicate creative ideas to clients.
  • Lead client presentations confidently and persuasively, securing client buy-in.
  • Manage and mentor junior copywriters, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest copywriting trends and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of agency experience working with diverse brands.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful video content campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling and audience engagement strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for all things video.
  • Experience leading client presentations and securing client approval.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
  • Experience working with video production teams
  • Must be based out of Mumbai, India.
  • Must be able to create budget estimations
