**JOB SUMMARY**

We are seeking an Offshore Listing Agent who will assist our internal team with processing inventory we receive from our clients to turn them into online auctions.

**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process inventory received from clients and execute the listing processes designed for that client and specific inventory
- Execution of these processes generally includes o Running a script that evaluates and parses information from files provided o Occasionally, if the inventory data provided is mal-formatted this might require some light troubleshooting and adjustments made to the file o Accurately transferring data provided from the script into our upload template files o Within the upload template create titling for auctions and/or proofread titles automatically generated by our automation for accuracy and clarity o Also within the upload template the agent will accurately select the proper categories, conditions, and shipping information for the auctions being created o Upon completion of the above steps the agents will run upload templates through our CAS/Admin system to complete auction creation o Over the course of the 2-6 months agents will be assigned additional marketplaces as they become more efficient at the tasks

▪ *If capability is present, agent may take on written client communication duties o Agent to assist internal B-Stock team members with other duties in instances where they have time available

**REQUIREMENTS**
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attention to detail is critical
- Strong written English skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience in working in a fast-paced and multi-deadline driven environment
- Results oriented with the ability to self-manage, all while contributing to a positive work environment
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills to find new ways of processing client information into auctions

- Ability to run a Python script using the command line

- Ability to connect to our VPN and access our NAS drive
- Navigating and using guides placed in Confluence to assist with the listing process when needed

**Salary**: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
