The Team:
Lilly International Business Unit IDS Medical, Commercial Transformation, and Operations Team (MCTO) is accountable for leading the deployment and adoption of Next Generation Customer Engagement/ Multichannel Engagement capabilities into the Lilly International Business Unit affiliates (+120 countries). The MCTO Team defines, plans, and deploys multi-channel, digital, web, mobile, productivity and analytics services and solutions that support the medical and commercial transformation.

The Job:
The IDS MCTO OmniChannel Data Integrator is a member of the MCTO Team, should be acting as Data SME for OmniChannel specialized and new platforms. The initial and key capability for deployment is for Next Best Action and Next Best Engagement where the job will require developing a deep and thorough knowledge with the selected platform and be the IBU Data SME who can be fully knowledgeable and be able to evaluate the effort and design for configuring any new use cases or enhance/modify existing use cases. For 2023, the role is dedicated to cover the deployment of NBA/NBE for France, Spain, Italy, UK and Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and develop deep expertise in data related part for next best action (NBA) and artificial intelligence and machine learning driven next best engagement (NBE) capabilities.
- Drive suggestion design/Trigger condition activities (involving AI ML models and advanced analytics) across multiple markets, data teams and vendors to implement NBA/NBE solutions.
- Review and enable sign-off collection from multiple stakeholders for implementation.
- Review technical solution architecture and data flow with the right experts.
- Lead and coordinate data validation related activities(Affiliates/Global/vendors) for existing and new use cases.
- Partner with vendors and different teams across Lilly(Business/IDS) for preparing the data requirements and getting the asks included in respective PI plannings after passing through proper channel and governance.
- Provide regular cross-market and vendor updates to senior management.
- Raise risks and mitigation plans for NBA/NBE capability implementation, operations and enhancements.
- Monitor and track regular operations with vendors. Support markets with field queries as necessary.
- Review and analyze effort and data requirements for incremental enhancements of NBA/NBE use-cases.
- Proactively identify new opportunities in the market and find opportunities for new/creative solutions.
- Ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling, and successful way in written and verbal communications.
- Managing and communicating with diverse stakeholders.

Required Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, mathematics, or data sciences, Master’s Degree preferred.
- 5+ years experience in consulting, professional services and/or pharma sales or commercial operations.
- 5+ years experience with project managementand multi-stakeholder communication.
- Strong business analysis skillset related to IT Solution portfolio and / or prior experience within.
- Strong Data management/integration experience of connecting different systems.
- Experience working with business partners in multiple affiliates.
- Strong communications and change management skills.
- Ability to use analytics driving to meaningful insights that can directly influence leadership decisions.
- Experience with Agile and/or SAFE.
- Experience with cloud services.
