Fill one QR code at the office gate

First round - HR screening

Second round - AON test - written skills ( Min passing score is 70% )

Final round - operations and training team

**Inbound Team - 15 Openings**

Fresher and experienced - calling team - 80 calls per day

Shift timings - 9am to 10pm - any 9 hours

Salary bracket - up to 35k in hand

**For fresher - 25k**

Incentives - 15k ( Performance based )

Good communication skills

Good knowledge of customer support business

**Chat Team - 15 Openings**

Experienced - 6 months in chat process

80% chat 20% outbound calling

Shift timings - 9am to 10pm - any 9 hours

Salary bracket - up to 35k in hand

Incentives - 15k ( Performance based )

Typing test in final round - 25 to 30 WPM

Good communication skills

Good knowledge of customer support business

Confident in speaking

**Escalation Team - 10 openings**

Shift timings - 9am to 10pm - any 9 hours

Salary bracket - up to 40k in hand

Incentives - 15k ( Performance based )

Problem solving skills

Good communication skills

**Social Media ( Male ) 10**

Experienced - 6 months experience in blended process / Social media background

Blended process

Shift timings - 8am to 10pm - any 9 hours

Salary bracket - Up to 40k in hand

Incentives - 15k

Problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Good knowledge of customer support business
