**Job Description**:

- Work on projects on Paid Media
- SEM, Display, Social media on different clients
- Analyse, track and optimize on an ongoing activities basis effective benchmarks for measuring the campaigns performance including keyword/placement bids, account daily/monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, CTR, conversion rate and other important metrics and proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
- Assistance to domain seniors in studying & forecasting market needs, planning & executing product launches and campaigns.
- Preparing of the Monthly ,Quarterly & yearly digital performance with various Media & Brand team
- Reviewing the new technologies and keeping updated at the forefront for developments in Digital marketing
- Study competition and recommend /implement changes to gain edge above competition
- Evaluate best practices implemented in Search, mobile or display by the teams on the various accounts and provide training to the juniors on the same

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to prioritize and multi-task, work successfully with teams, and work under pressure
- Strong communication, project management and time management skills
- Loyalty & Stability; Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
- Critical thinker who can present complex concepts, media recommendations and data results in a clear and effective manner
- Working knowledge on Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skills
