**Pre Sales
**Lead Generation**:
- Responsible for responding and diverting online customer queries to the toll free number
- Ensure follow-up to track the customer status with the retails sales manager and also schedule for client visit to respective site is fixed
**Coordination**:
- Ensure that the every lead is accurately transferred to respective sales manager.
- Responsible for attending property exhibitions and trade fairs as and when required.
**Relationship Management**:
- Building good rapport with prospective & existing clients.
- Maintain relationship with team members and site staff.
**Reports**:
- Responsible for timely preparation & submission of weekly MIS on the online client support and report
for client visit to respective site is fixed
