**As a Sales Process Associate, your primary goal would be to increase e-commerce revenue by processing inbound/outbound customer inquiries with high efficiency and delivering top-quality service**

**Job Description**:

- **
- ** Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions, and addressing concerns as they arise with a CUSTOMER FIRST approach.**
- ** Use basic sales techniques, understand customers’ needs to receive all information required to process these quotes, close the sales and pass them to the production team.**
- ** Collaborate with the production department and related vendors to facilitate information exchange.**
- ** Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.**
- ** Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.**
- ** Document customer calls in the database system; including resolutions, issues, and general notes.**

**Qualifications**:

- **
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**
- ** A customer-oriented approach with a customer service mindset.**
- ** Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.**
- ** Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.**
- ** Must be a quick learner with an exceptional ability to make decisions.**
- ** 1-4 years of customer service/sales experience with US customers.**
