The Marketing & Communications team is responsible for connecting the world to lifelong transformative learning. They also work to shape public conversations on the future of education and work. The team is segmented into four areas of focus: Consumer Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, Brand & Creative, and Communications. The team is currently focused on expanding the reach of Coursera’s brand and bringing new learners to the site, connecting students to degree programs, attracting new enterprise customers — including businesses, governments, and campuses — and creating a marketing system that nurtures learners throughout their professional lives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule high intent learners with an Enrollment Counselor for a program overview and next steps.
- Assist in various outreach campaigns including learner re-engagement and registration.
- Ensure learner updates are recorded in CRM and provide high-level reporting and insights on top-of-funnel progress
- Maintain a basic level of knowledge and understanding of Coursera hosted programs offerings and services.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 1+ years experience in customer service, sales, higher education admissions, or recruitment
- Experience in a metrics-driven environment
- Demonstrated a history of establishing rapport and building relationships
- Business fluency in English

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
- Ability to work across multiple time zones
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders at the same time
- Highly organized and efficient in maintaining digital records for reporting purposes
