Immigration Caseworker

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining client files and using the firm’s client management software to manage tasks, assignments, and other initiatives.
- Creating online accounts.
- Conducting an initial assessment of information and/or documents.
- Requesting and assigning documents to clients using the case management system and reviewing submitted documents.
- Researching government resources to ensure that current processes and appropriate documents/immigration forms are being used.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in processing immigration cases.
- Proficient drafting skills for submission letters and additional requests.
- Sound understanding of the Immigration system and programs.
- Ability to work independently and conduct online research if required.
- Commitment to respond to inquiries promptly and adhere to strict schedules.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
