Responsibilities:

- Request and assign documents to clients through the case management system while meticulously reviewing submitted materials.
- Conduct thorough initial assessments of information and/or documents.
- Maintain organized client files and utilized the firm’s client management software for efficient task and assignment management.
- Conduct in-depth research on government resources to ensure compliance with current processes and the appropriate utilization of documents and immigration forms.
- Establish and manage online accounts as required.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in processing Canadian immigration cases.
- Proficient drafting skills for submission letters and additional requests.
- Sound understanding of the Canadian Immigration system and programs.
- Ability to work independently and conduct online research if required.
- Commitment to respond to inquiries promptly and adhere to strict schedules.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
