Call Center Executive

Key Job Responsibilities of Profile:
Inbound
1. Respond to customer inquiries
2. Handle and resolve customer complaints
3. Provide customers with product and service information
5. Identify and escalate priority issues
Outbound
6. Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
7. Obtain customer information
8. Obtain possible customer leads
9. Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases
10. Maintain records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts
Total Experience (in years): 1 to 3 years
Experience specific to Profile (in years) Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets over the phone
Educational Qualifications: Undergraduate/Graduate
Profile Specific Other Requirements:
- Good communication in English and Hindi
- Voice tone on phone should be clear and impressive
- Excellent convincer
- Strong understanding of Call Centre
- Customer service approach
