v Preparing new party file after checking booking form along with kyc & booking cheque

v Entry in mis and booking cheque submitted to the account department

v Sending welcome mail to the client & making a well come call for verification

v Sending money receipt to client after clearance through mail.& maintaining the details of money receipt in file & mis also

v Preparing allotment letter and sale agreement

v Dispatch the sale agreement with money receipt

v Demands to be raised as per construction ways

v Dispatch & mail the demands to the client

v Coordinate with bank for all banking related affairs of home loan matter

v Payment follow-up with the client & also with the bank

v Preparing projection once get the due list from account department &
collection amount deposit to the accounts department

v Supervising, execution & ensuring timely completion of conveyance deed

v Taking care of registration procedures

v Preparing possession file & coordinate with client for e payment

v Handing over the keys

v Maintain data in excel for the management reports

v Solving customer grievances by coordinating with the client

v Responsible to maintain the database of the clients and updating them regarding different proceedings of their purchased units.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
