Structured hybrid role:
Introduction:
The India Screening SME is responsible for daily screening activities, provision reports to TAO Leads, and breaches management. If not hired, to absorb above activities and BAU monthly volume of 650+, is not sustainable from resilience standpoint. The role is crucial for ensuring resilient risk and control environment within the team. The individual will handle complex actions, niche projects all of which needing the expertise to manage intrinsic nuances and stakeholder management. The role will stand-in as backup for the lead. This individual will lead audits both internal & external, SoX audits, will run checks and reconciliations, manage escalations, and conduct UAT for PIVOT. Additionally, their responsibilities will include screening governance, processing monthly pay inputs, managing third-party vendor inputs, and creating data dashboards and maintain MI. This multifaceted role is essential to maintain operational integrity, compliance, and resilience, ultimately contributing to the overall success and stability of the team.

What will you be doing?
- Handling Oracle Business Intelligence reports
- Managing Audits both internal and external
- Maintain CC logs; ensure actions are managed and completed in a timely and controlled manner
- Perform daily BAU task.
- Point of contact for governance and compliance team
- Perform PIVOT & UAT testing

What we’re looking for:

- Proficient in MS Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel and comfortable using online tools.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately and remain calm under pressure.
- Be proactive and able to take initiative and ownership of tasks, seeing them through to completion.
- Organisational and multi-tasking skills - ability to prioritise and effectively manage a large volume of requests.
- Demonstrate resilience and ability to cope in fast-paced environment, being both flexible and able to work across a range of issues
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, highly collaborative, good communication skills and work well within a team.
