- Full Time- We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile team. As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with the development team, product owner, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of software products. You will facilitate the Scrum process, remove obstacles, and ensure that the development team is following Agile best practices.**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Ensure that the development team is following the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
- Remove obstacles that the development team may encounter, such as technical issues or team dynamics issues.
- Ensure transparency by maintaining Scrum artifacts such as the product backlog, sprint backlog, and the definition of done.
- Coach the development team on Agile practices, Scrum processes, and ensure that the team understands the purpose of each Scrum event.
- Facilitate communication between the development team, product owner, and stakeholders.
- Protect the development team from outside distractions and interruptions.
- Advocate for Agile practices and principles within the organization.
- Identify areas for improvement and work with the development team to implement process improvements.
- Ensure that the development team's progress and work is transparent to the product owner and stakeholders.**Requirements**:
- 3-4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor the development team on Agile practices.
- Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Experience in removing obstacles that the development team may encounter.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
