**Job title**:Customer Support Executive (US Staffing)
**Schedule**:6:30 pm to 3:30 am (Monday thru Friday)
**Job summary**
We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive to be a part of representatives who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support. You will create policies and procedures and oversee the customer service provided by the team. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for the selection of staff in the hiring process and ensure that a standardized level of service is maintained for all customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media
- Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations
**Minimum Requirements**:
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 years experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Computer skills.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
