**Qualifications and Skills**:

**Position Overview**:As a Sales Executive in the steel industry, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and generate revenue for the company's steel products and services. You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while also identifying and acquiring new customers. Your focus will be on meeting sales targets, expanding market share, and promoting the company's steel products to potential clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Generation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cold calling.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing leads from initial contact to closure.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.
2. Client Relationship Management: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to understand their evolving needs and preferences.
Provide after-sales support, ensuring smooth order processing, delivery, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
3. Market Analysis and Reporting:Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
Conduct market research to identify potential target segments and opportunities for business growth.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to track progress against goals.
4. Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions, customer requirements, and product improvements.
- Collaboration and Coordination:Collaborate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Coordinate with the technical team to provide customers with accurate and relevant product information.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the company's brand and products.
**OTHER SKILLS**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the steel industry or a similar industrial sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
