Profile Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic In-House Sales Executive to join our team. This role is a vital part of our company's growth strategy, as you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. As an In-House Sales Executive, you will work closely with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their requirements.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts and proposals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
